さきたま古墳群　古代へタイムスリップ

Have you ever been to beautiful park of ancient burial mounds？
Yesterday,　I visit the park of Sakitama ancient burial mounds.
In this park, you can find the most biggest burial mounds in Kanto‐area 1500 years ago.
It’s just like time travel.

こんにちは！
古代の古墳公園に行ったことがありますか？
昨日、私は埼玉県行田市にある、さきたま古墳公園に行ってきました。
この公園では、1500年前の関東地域の最大級の古墳を見ることができます。
タイムトラベルのようです！

I have just arrived!
The park of Sakitama ancient burial mounds.
I can not see anything like big mounds.

つきました！
さきたま古墳公園。
一見何もなさそうなんですが・・・・。

The board says there are 10 burial mounds in the park.

公園の中には約１０基の古墳が点在します。

Walking along the pass, I see a hill.
This is Atagoyama-kohun.
There were double trench around the mound actually.

道に沿って歩くと、小高い丘出現。
愛宕山古墳です。
本当は２重の堀があったんですね！

I can see the stairs.
Actually, this is a round-shaped burial mound.

前方に何やら階段があります。
実はこれは円形の古墳。

Maruhakayama-kohun.

丸墓山古墳です。

I am at the top of the mound.

ここは古墳の頂上です。

So beautiful view from the top of the mound!

古墳の上からの眺めは最高！

Look!
We can look down the next mound.
Looking carefully, It is a two-tiered sqare-headed and circle tailed mound.
It was very popular shape mound in the 5th century in japan.
So cool! The man who was buried in the mound had power around this area.

おや？
おとなりの古墳を見下ろしてますね～。
よくみると、二段築成の前方後円墳。５世紀のはやりの古墳です！
かっこいいですね～。この古墳の被葬者は、この地方の権力者って感じですね！

Let’s climb this mound.
次はこの古墳に登ってみましょう。

This is the most famous mound, Inariyama-kohun.
We can climb it.
These stares lead us to the top of circle-shaped mound.
There was a coffin inside it.
The national treasure was found there.
Then, go look at it !

実はこれ、最も有名な稲荷山古墳。
登ることができます。この階段は後円部の真上に行きます。
棺が納められていたところですね。
あの国宝が出土してます。
では、その国宝を見に行きましょう！

This is the iron sword buried in the Inariyama burial mound.
this is in the school textbook!
Letters were inlaid actually!
It was the absolute evidence of letters in 5th century.

これ！稲荷山古墳出土の鉄剣。教科書に載っているものです！
実は文字が象嵌されています！
５世紀に文字があったという決定的な証拠なのです！
